The E-learning platform, “4ONE_ANOTHER,” was based on the concept of open education and innovative practices in a digital era. The project created an E-learning Platform serving as an open education digital platform for delivering the training material developed throughout the project to the target group, including social operators, mediators, psychologists, heads, and responsible individuals in local social services or any other professionals based on the structure of the national reception system.

Through this digital platform, trainings were conducted more efficiently, overcoming physical and time limitations. The open nature of the platform supported equal access to good quality education, enabling everyone to access the training material and resources, encouraging smooth knowledge gathering, development, and capacity building.

The developed materials were uploaded into different sections of the platform based on the target group. The E-learning Platform provided opportunities for feedback, comments, and opinions from its users. The platform was user-friendly, with tutoring availability and a relevant user guide. It was available in English and designed to be maximally user-friendly, with continuous tutoring and support whenever needed for the participants. The training materials and resources were available in all partner languages, with an option for users to choose their preferred language.

The design and content layout of the E-learning platform, as well as the user manual, were structured to provide availability and flexibility for future upgrades. This included the addition of additional languages and national versions from other EU countries.
